WHAT ARE OUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
As a Corporate Lawyer, one of our primary responsibilities is to serve as legal consultants. The duty is to supervise and assist as a consultant, as well as offer advice to the Company on subjects concerning legal issues :
“Give the company opinions and legal advice on matters pertaining to civil cases, criminal cases, land, property, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, state administrative disputes, disputes involving employment or industrial relations, arbitration, alternative dispute resolution, and other matters.”
“Provide written and spoken legal advice, opinions, and consultations for all legal concerns affecting the company.”
“Create and send a subpoena (reprimand/appeal) for the benefit and on behalf of the Company, or examine a subpoena presented by a third party and make and submit a reply/response to it.”
“Accompanying the Company in meetings (mediation) and/or talks connected to cooperation or dispute settlement, as well as aiding the Company in compiling appropriate documents in connection with the resolution of this subject.”
“Create or provide feedback/review on company business contracts.”
“Conducting legal due diligence investigations of the company’s business operations or activities”
